Resources/Materials: Video camera; presentation software; Internet access; book - My Brother Sam Is Dead, by J. and C. Collier, 1996.

Activities: Write an article for publication in a classroom political newspaper, produce a multimedia eulogy for one of the Boston Massacre victims, develop a group video (on the scene) report of the Boston Massacre.

Lesson: Exploring the American Revolution through historical fiction, original source documents and other sources of information.

Prerequisites: Word processing, video production basics, knowledge of presentation software.

Assessment: Class generated rubrics.
